By using Ostazy AI (ostazyai.com) you agree to these terms. They apply to students, parents, and Ostazy Live teachers.

Accounts

Give accurate details. One account per person. A parent buys the pack and follows progress — they do not take the child’s quizzes. A teacher registers for Ostazy Live after admin approval.

Student packs

An AI pack is activated after you transfer, upload a receipt, and an admin reviews it. Questions are pack credits. Interactive lessons and photo/voice tools deduct from the same balance as shown in the product. 1:1 Ostazy Live sessions are on Live packs only.

AI use

The AI is a study helper inside the curriculum, not a teacher replacement and not a guaranteed exam grade. Do not use it to cheat on an official exam. Do not upload content that is not yours or that is not allowed. Misuse can suspend the account, including unused credits.

Ostazy Live

Keep the session time and treat the teacher with respect. Abuse or repeated no-shows can cancel a session or suspend the account.

Payment and activation

Activation follows admin review of the receipt. If a transfer or pack looks wrong, contact us from the contact page before you send another payment.

Account suspension

We may suspend or delete an account for false details, a misleading receipt, abuse of other users, or harm to the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new text.
