Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for Ostazy AI (أستاذي). It explains what we collect for student study, student packs, parent follow-up, and Ostazy Live, and how we protect it. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

When you register: name, email, mobile number if you add one, and account type (student, parent, or Live teacher). A parent can link a child account to follow progress. After login we store study activity: subject, lesson, questions, scores, homework, and reviews.

AI tools and uploads

Ask, practice, homework, interactive lessons, homework photo check, and mock exam from a paper send content to an AI provider so we can answer or mark. Photos and files you upload are kept so you can open the result later. Upload your own work — not leaked exam papers or content that is not yours.

Explain out loud

The clip is transcribed, then the audio file is deleted. We keep the text and the coaching, not your voice file.

Payments

You pay by wallet or InstaPay and upload a receipt. An admin reviews it and activates the pack. We keep transfer details only to run the account and the subscription.

Parents

Parents see scores, remaining questions, and weak topics. They do not take the child’s quizzes or study in the child’s place.

Who can see data

Access follows the account role. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Sensitive accounts have activity logs. We may use service providers (hosting, AI, email) only to run the site — not to sell data. We do not sell personal data.

Student accounts

Ostazy is for students in Egypt, including school age. Use accurate details. If the account is for your child, the child should know you can follow progress from the parent account.

If we change this policy we update this page. The last-updated date is at the top.
